KAP State Leader joins CSG Blockade against Chinese-owned Arrow Energy

State Leader of Katter’s Australian Party, Aidan McLindon, today joined a blockade of Scenic Rim land owners opposing coal seam gas drilling on Brisbane’s outskirts. The blockade, now in its second day, began yesterday as the wholly foreign-owned company, Arrow Energy, moved to commence drilling near Kerry, south of Brisbane.

Mr McLindon said that thirteen people had been arrested and that he backed residents all the way in their fight against foreign-owned coal seam gas companies.
