  • Bob is organising a taxi meeting with prominent QCs and Lawyers in Melbourne next week to look into legal action against the Qld Government who allowed UBER to operate in Qld.

Nick Dametto, State Member for Hinchinbrook

  • Attending the Parliamentary Friends of Surf Life Saving Queensland 2017/2018 Season review on Monday
  • Representing Hinchinbrook at the 2018 Small Business Parliamentary Reception on Tuesday
  • Debating the big issues in Parliament between Tuesday and Thursday and;
  • Talking footy at the Qld Parliamentary Friends of Rugby League meeting, BBQ dinner and refreshments on Wednesday

 

Robbie Katter, State Member for Traeger

  • Next week is the last Queensland parliamentary sitting week before the State Budget begins in June. Robbie will be busy preparing for a number of bills coming up for debate including the Heavy Vehicle National Law Amendment Bill and the Mineral and Energy Resources Bill. He is also looking forward to pushing a number of issues while in Brisbane including unfair treatment of Category H weapons licence holders.

 

Shane Knuth, State Member for Hill

  • Shane is attending a public briefing to the Innovation, Tourism Development and Environment Committee on Monday 14 May 2018 in respect of the Safer Waterways Bill 2018.  Shane is then in Parliament next week.
